Isam M. Al Muhaidib

AMG Senior VP, Industrial Investment Division

Isam M. Al Muhaidib is the Senior Vice President of Industrial and Infrastructure Investments for Al Muhaidib Group and is on the board of Al Muhaidib Building Materials. He is also on the board of Azizia Panda United and is Chairman of the Company’s Audit Committee. During his career he served as the General Manager of Dar Al Mareta and the CEO of Giant Stores. In addition, he was the Director of Dar Al Zahrawi Medical and a member of the Executive Committee of Zohoor Alreef. Mr. Isam holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas.

Richard Kassaby is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Al Muhaidib Group. Prior to joining Al Muhaidib, Richard worked in the UAE for 6 years and was the CFO of the Al Futtaim Automotive Group responsible for the financial strategy and governance of operating businesses spanning across 10 countries. Richard brings over two decades of experience in the financial services industry specializing in capital markets, treasury, risk management and regulatory structuring. Richard holds a Masters of Taxation Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Information Systems from Monash University.

Kamel El Khatib is the Vice President of Food and Consumer Investments at Al Muhaidib Group with over 20 years’ experience in Corporate Banking and Management. Before joining the Group, he worked with StarBrands Holding as Group CFO, TD Securities Canada, and BankMed Lebanon. He holds an MBA from McGill University Canada with a major in Finance and Strategy, and a Master’s of Money and Banking from the American University of Beirut. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Sayer Al Shammari is the Vice President of Real Estate Investments in Al Muhaidib Group. Since joining the team in 2009, he has served the Group’ s Public Equity, Private Equity, Hedge Funds and Real Estate business. Mr. Al Shammari represents the Group on a number of boards, investment committees and audit committees Mr. Al Shammari managed the investment portfolio of Saad Group and worked with Schlumberger Middle East as a Field Engineer. He holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA degree from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is Vice Chairman of the CFA Society, Saudi Arabia.
